Somatic Trauma Therapy
Many people are familiar with the phrase "the body keeps the score." Our body and brain's response to any situation is informed by our prior experiences. Aligning with what our body is experiencing and working with it allows for true relief and healing.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS is a way of understanding ourselves that appreciates all of our reactions and instincts. By having understanding for every part of us, we can work alongside ourselves to bring healing and spend more time as our best selves.
